The Saving Hope Foundation is a registered Charitable Trust that was set up in July 2017 and won’t stop growing. Since its start Saving Hope has rescued, rehabilitated and re-homed over 1,000 dogs and puppies in the last 30 months alone. Saving Hope all started when a North Auckland community rallied together to save a 4-week-old puppy named ‘Hope’. She was in the pound and was due to be euthanised because of her breed. Not long after Hope was saved, The Saving Hope Foundation was formed. The Foundation’s sole mission is to give all dogs a voice, love, happiness, forever homes and good lives. Saving Hope's mission is to rescue, recover, re-health, rehabilitate, retrain, re-love and rehome dogs who have been abused, abandoned, tortured, hurt, traumatised, or neglected. They work tirelessly to match all homeless with loving forever homes and owners who will make them part of their families.
